Your Words of Praise

Holy moly are these good! I used caraway seeds and it tastes just like rye bread-and has real bread texture. They are super easy and fast to make too. Thanks for a great recipe.
--Michelle, raving about my recipe for Seeded Dinner Rolls - Au Naturale!, August 2015

I personally owe a Thank You to you. Through your influence, I have lost over 40 lbs since Jan 1 this year simply following a more healthier eating plan! Thank You!!!
--Randy, on Facebook, Sept 2015

Thank you for this. I had no idea there were stages of illness. Reading this opened my eyes to my Psoriatic Arthritis. It is extremely painful, and difficult, and yet, because my life is full of chaos and busyness, I keep moving along as if I don't need to take care of myself even more than what would be usual. This has helped me tremendously, thank you. The guilt that is felt by someone with a chronic illness because they can't function normally is often even more excruciating than the pain and difficulty of the disease/illness itself.
--Tracy, April 2015, commenting about my article The 5 Stages of Illness & Why Rest is Vital

Yum! I made your Butter My Biscuits today, and they really tasted like an old fashioned biscuit. Especially with a bit of butter and honey.  My husband loved them, too!  Now I have something to add to my starting-to-get-boring eggs and bacon combos. Thanks!
--Joanna, referring to my recipe for Buttery Biscuits- Au Naturale!

I look forward to your posts as they have been clear, concise and extremely informative. The world of nutrition is complicated enough and frankly much like falling into the infamous "rabbit hole". I want reliable information that I won't have to verify or unlearn when some other bit of knowledge crosses my path. Thank you and please know that your efforts are making a difference in my life.
--Lori, Feb 2015

Pancakes were awesome, the whole family gobbled them up and they were great warmed up the next morning too, Thanks Jenny :)
--Julie W, whose whole family enjoyed the recipe for Pumpkin Pancakes - Au Naturale!

This pizza crust is awesome!!! I love that there are so few ingredients and that they are not expensive either! Very few steps too! Woohoo! My kids are super excited about this. I don't even want to admit how times I've made it in the last week. My kids were bummed when I told them I wouldn't be buying gluten free pizza anymore, but this has definitely filled the void and they are even happier about it since it is all good ingredients. I took this to an event and it was gobbled up super fast.
--Bianca, Oct 2014, gushing over the Pizza Crust - Au Naturale! recipe.

I made these for breakfast today. They are quite tasty & hardy - would work as a bun if sliced. I added a minced jalepeno & sauted some garlic & onion in the bacon grease rather than use onion or garlic powder.  My husband ate 2 they're so good! These would make great take-alongs for camping or hiking, a meal in itself. Or scoop into smaller portions for rolls with a soup or salad. Thanks!

These will be perfect for the holidays. Of course I am talking about every holiday when I say that! I count birthdays as holidays too. These would look especially beautiful on a holiday cookie platter. My husband will love these. I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't. Thank you for another great recipe Jenny. Lately almost everything I have made is one of your recipes, and they have all been big hits. I bought a five pound bag of coconut flour two months ago, and it is half gone already. I compare this to the time two years ago when I bought a few small bags and never used them because none of the recipes I saw online looked or sounded good. What a difference your site has made!  --Mari, Sept 2014, commenting about the recipe for Cookie DoughTruffles to Die For!

My husband and I are loving all the recipes from your site that we have tried... Thanks to you, I am a convert to coconut flour. I already had a bag, but after I started getting your recipes, I started using it, and experimenting. What's odd is that I am not a fan of coconut, but I am a big fan of coconut flour. The softness and subtle sweetness it imparts to baked goods is amazing.
--Mari, July 2014

This pizza crust was totally delicious. I just made it, and while I was worried the ends might burn, they turned out to be a perfect crisp. :) Helped myself to 2 slices because I couldn't resist! I added marinara sauce, Daiya cheese, mushrooms, and spinach. Yum! Thank you so much for sharing! Will definitely be making this one again.
--Kara, raving about the recipe for Pizza Crust - Au Naturale!, June 2014

Jenny, I baked these this morning and I tried one still warm from the oven. The taste of bacon and cheese is indescribably good, and I can see that I will be making these at least once a week. I am going to try these as hamburger buns too. That was a great idea you had. I may play around with other flavors with herbs and spices in the future, but for now, these are amazing, and my new go to recipe. It is nice to have a biscuit again after all these years.
--Mari, referring to the recipe for Cheesy Bacon Biscuits, June 2014

* Hi! I whipped up these cookies yesterday and they were absolutely DELICIOUS. Thanks for the awesome recipe! I featured it on my blog!  They are SO good. So good. I don’t know how anyone could not like these cookies.
* Last week I made these again, quadrupled the recipe, and served them at my grad party and they were a hit. Served alongside both of my grandma's cookies, these were the most popular! And my grandmas' cookies weren't healthy! Woohoo.
--Hanna, referring to the recipe for "Just Like Grandma's" Chocolate Chip cookies, May & June, 2014

Oh man! Just made these and they were delish ;) I had to double the batch cuz I knew I'd gobble them up. Made some honey butter to go on top of them and I'm in love! Can't wait to find more yummy recipes on your site :D

"I have enjoyed having my husband on board eating healthy with me. I have noticed the most improvement in my energy level while doing strenuous crossfit workouts. I also don't have that mid afternoon sleepiness like I used to have. I have been eating pretty healthy since January but this challenge brought me to a new level of clean eating and made me more aware of the refined foods that I was slipping in to my diet without even thinking about it. I love reading the newsletters. They were full of helpful information that I was not aware of. Thanks for the opportunity!"
--Emily after Making a Fresh Start with Whole Foods, Aug 2013

"I would like to take a minute to thank you. This was a good experience for me, while I did not do as well as I would have liked, I did learn a lot and I really enjoyed your newsletters. You put a lot of work into this and it really showed. I wish you the best on your continued studies and if you ever need another guinea pig, I am game.
Again, thank you!"
--Mindy after Making a Fresh Start with Whole Foods, Aug 2013

"I am glad that I have more knowledge/experience concerning healthier food options that I can incorporate into my diet from here on out. I think I will make a strong effort to lessen my consumption of gluten. Thanks!"
--Kati, after Making a Fresh Start with Whole Foods, Aug 2013

"I dont hear much about refined foods other than your wonderful newsletters. Youre helping to educate and get the word out there and I guess now I am too :) Thanks Jenny!
--Andy, Aug 2013

"So happy you embarked on this journey to share your story, experiences, and knowledge with everyone. You have so much to offer and an audience ready to take it all in. Looking forward to more posts and to sharing this with others! Hugs, my dear friend."
