  • You must request invitations by using the form below.  
  • You must read & follow the rules of the Pinterest board(s) or you will be removed without warning.
  • High-quality, vertical pins only please.
  • Direct sales pins are NEVER allowed.
  • You must follow my entire Pinterest profile first:  HERE
  • I do not invite any pinners who appear unprofessional, spammy, who copycat others' material, who do not cite scientific sources when warranted (I'm a stickler about this), who promote products or ideas that do not reflect holistic or natural living/dietary principles, or who post/share any questionable material - which is all at my discretion.
  • Do NOT invite others to the board(s).
  • There is no daily pin limit, but please use common sense. Normally up to 1-2 pins a day, spaced out, are fine.

2. Holistic Health Articles: for fellow health enthusiasts to share & pin great holistic health information. (Mind, body, spirit, wellness, nutrition, holistic topics.) NO FOOD RECIPES HERE (they will be deleted) & NO DIRECT SALES.  NO astrology, crystals, or reiki.

3. Au Naturale Beauty & Aging Gracefully:  (Pins must fit holistic lifestyle principles.) Homemade self-care & beauty products. Nutrients for beauty & aging. Hormone balance. Mindset. Sleep. Oils. Herbs. Detoxing. Hair, skin, nails, wrinkles, cellulite, acne, etc. (NO FOOD RECIPES & NO DIRECT SALES.)

4. Natural Health & Beauty: for fellow holistic health & natural beauty enthusiasts to share & pin great information about essential oils, herbs, and natural home remedies. Food-based supplements are great, too. (MAKE NO MEDICAL CLAIMS & NO DIRECT SALES!)
