Chocolate Crunch Cups Recipe. (PALEO) Consider these a much healthier version of a Nestle Crunch bar mixed with a Reeces peanut butter cup.

​Consider these a much healthier version of a Nestle Crunch bar mixed with a Reeces peanut butter cup. These really are a special treat.
Ooooh, la, la!!!


1.  In a small saucepan on the stove, melt together:
  • ½ cup Tropical Traditions coconut oil 
  • ¼ cup nutbutter of your choice (creamy or crunchy)  (I love Artisana Cashew butter; it has no added inflammatory oils, yay!!)
  • 2 oz dark chocolate bar OR 1/3 cup Enjoy Life chips
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional, depending on how salty the nutbutter is)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

2.  Stir in:
  • Approx 2 cups: any combination of seeds & chopped nuts of your choice.  As far a nutrition goes, seeds are a very concentrated food. This is because they are the initial source of nutrition for a new plant. Read more about the benefits of seeds HERE!

3.  Spoon into mini-muffin tins w/liners.  Careful, it's hot!
OR- Silicone muffin pans work best to pop-out when frozen.  Half-full makes 24 crunch cups.  

Cool in the fridge or freezer & pop-out of the pan to enjoy!
​Store in the fridge or freezer, too.

Made these and they were awesome! I added a little coconut palm sugar for a slightly caramel taste and even my sister (the baker) thought they were tasty. Thanks!
