These truffles should come with a warning: Make when other people are around. Why? Because you may be tempted to eat mass quantities of these while no one is looking. I'm not saying I'm guilty of that. Ok, yes I am. :-) This recipe is SUPER easy. No bake, too! I altered a recipe from taylormadeitpaleo.com to fit my liking. Something I added is some Vital Proteins brand grass-fed gelatin/collagen. It makes the texture just perfect, plus it's just about the healthiest type of protein there is. The only difference between gelatin & collagen is that gelatin gels in cold liquids, collagen doesn't. In this recipe, either will work.
