These gluten-free, grain-free tortillas are as easy to make as pancakes! They can be used for Mexican night dinner, a breakfast burrito, or as a wrap for a sandwich. Yummy-licious! They have a nice, neutral flavor, hold up well to folding, and are a fantastic alternative to wheat or GMO corn tortillas. Ole!
Makes: 6 tortillas
6. Cook for approx 1 minute.
7. Flip and cook until done on the other side.
8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
(I often make a double batch and freeze some for future meals. That uses almost a whole carton of egg whites, too.)
