Stuffing Egg Bake for Breakfast!  Need an idea to use that leftover stuffing?  THIS IS IT!  It makes a simple, hot breakfast dish.  YUM!  By Jenny at www.AuNaturaleNutrition.com

​A very short post today.  You're probably quite busy entertaining guests and doing fun holiday activities.  
This recipe makes a delicious hot breakfast using leftover stuffing!  

  1. Take out your leftover stuffing from the fridge (here's my recipe for gluten-free, sausage stuffing bake.)
  2. Fill the bottom of a greased glass baking pan with a layer of crumbled stuffing.  Your stuffing is probably already seasoned nicely.
  3. Mix 6 eggs and pour over stuffing and incorporate evenly.  (This is for an 8X8 pan.  Use more eggs for a larger pan.)
  4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 1/2 hour.
  5. OPTIONAL: top with cheese (preferably raw & organic) and melt in oven a few more minutes.
