3.  Newly Improved (older) Recipes

Meaty Lasagna
The lunchmeat in this recipe substitutes for noodles!!  Try turkey, salami, pepperoni, ham, or any combination. It will quickly become one of your family’s favorites!

Super Easy Tortillas/Crepes 
These gluten-free, grain-free tortillas/crepes are as easy to make as pancakes!  They can be used for Mexican night dinner, a breakfast burrito, as a wrap for a sandwich, or as crepes for a special breakfast.

Gingerbread 
If this doesn't bring back fond memories of Christmases past, I don't know what will!  The molasses makes it rich and dense. Enjoy it any time of the year!

These are great for Christmastime or anytime!   :-)
This is an easy, no bake recipe. They look pretty fancy, but you can even get little kids involved in making them.
