Stuffing was always my favorite part of a Thanksgiving meal, so I invented this recipe in effort to replicate a bread stuffing, but sans the gluten and grains. I think I did pretty well & I know you'll love it!
Sausage Stuffing Bake
Serves 6-8 (gluten free, grain free)

I have owned a Pampered Chef Food Chopper since 2001 and it's still as sharp as ever and like new. I use it constantly and love it! The zig-zag blades rotate as you press down on the chopper. It cleans-up in the dishwasher and makes kitchen work much easier, and I like that. ;-)
