Today the high in Nashville is below freezing. Stupid cold! I can see why old ladies like to wear those warm housecoats. I'd never be caught dead in one, but a snuggie with arms does sound appealing to keep cozy. So, I just made-up the easiest recipe for dairy-free hot cocoa. None of those lousy packets with fillers and chemicals either, just healthy goodness! It's super easy (1 serving):

Hi Karen, I'm sure almond milk would work perfectly, too. (I haven't tried it because I'm allergic to almonds.) Hope the cocoa keeps you nice & toasty! ;-) Comments are closed.
