There's something heartwarming about this bread that makes you feel cozy and comfy on the inside. Definitely one of my all-time best healthy bread recipes!!!
This is called "focaccia" because it is baked flat in a pan. It works for toast, sandwich bread, or use as a dinner roll. The texture is lovely; it's soft, but a little grainy, like whole grain breads. Cut into whatever type of slices you wish.
Focaccia Flax Bread

*When flax meal is made from sprouted flax, phytic acid is reduced (yay!), which makes the minerals in the flax more digestible and bio-available.
