I challenge you to find a better recipe for grain-free, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies!
There are oodles of recipes for gluten & grain free chocolate chip cookies, and I'm pretty sure I've tried making at least half of them. None were perfect until I put together this combination of ingredients. I just know you're going to love them, too, and return to this recipe again & again.
I say these are "Just like Grandma's", but my grandma put vegetable shortening in her cookies. Talk about trans fats, yuck!! They were like dry, thin, crumbly hockey pucks. Sorry Grandma!
Trust me, these cookies are far superior! They're mostly chewy, but a little crunchy around the edges, especially on day 1. Enjoy! ;-)
